From the outside, this is a perfectly ordinary home in Minnesota. Inside, however, it’s anything but average. The owners hand-crafted every inch of their house from scratch with out architectural plans and blueprints for everything down to the last detail–including an underground swimming pool complete with waterfall!

You will undoubtedly remember this magnificent property if you are a fan of HGTV’s wildly popular competition series “The Block, Rock.”
The inaugural season of the well-known home design competition, which pits four teams of “powerhouse specialists” against one another to transform identical residences into the perfect suburban haven, was won by the contemporary farmhouse.
The Participants/property experts in “The Block, Rock” have a limited amount of time and a certain budget to do everything.
Nevertheless, Jasmine Roth, the star of HGTV’s “Hidden Potential,” nonetheless managed to transform the one-story house in a beautiful way.
Jasmine’s redesign was complimented by the judges for being kid- and family-friendly and for including lovely elements including a dramatic entrance, a pool, and an enhanced interior design.

Spectacular Entrance
The single-story home, which has 2,547 square feet of living area, is located in the gated neighborhood of Aliento, a master-planned community in Santa Clarita, California.
The HGTV home, which has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, is warm and welcoming with high ceilings and light wood flooring.
A stone fireplace serves as the focal point of the great room, which also has sliding doors that lead out to the backyard and pool area and a tall, wood-paneled ceiling.

The Lovely Kitchen
The stunning kitchen, which includes a large island and custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a built-in beverage refrigerator, and designer tile backsplash, is accessible from the open concept.

Your bedroom
Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to provide the most comfort without compromising aesthetics. The bathrooms are the same way; Jasmine Roth obviously selected all of the finishes herself.

In addition, Jasmine Roth totally renovated the backyard, which is now an inviting place with a pool, designated lounging spots, and canyon views that promotes rest.

The Block, Rock
“The Block, Rock” will return for a third season in early 2022, the series again will be hosted by popular carpenter, craftsman and design expert Ty Pennington.
